After taking a break from my professional life for several years to look after my young children, I felt the need to take some time for myself. That's when I started training as a massage therapist, just for fun, with no idea of opening a practice. My life path decided otherwise, and opportunities fell into place one after the other, like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle, leading me to open my own practice in 2004.

In an increasingly stressful and restrictive world, where everything is virtual, it's important to listen and touch.

Our body is our best friend, speaking to us at every moment. We need to take the time to listen to it. Listen to that little voice that tells us that we need to take care of OURSELVES, that we need to take an INSTANT moment for OURSELVES to dare and allow ourselves to move towards greater well-being.
