Therese Toffolon Therese Toffolon - www.erinnere-dich.ch It is very close to my heart to remind people of their inherent potential, to pass on knowledge, to offer support in difficult situations, to show what the meaning and the gift behind it could be, to find new solutions together in order to feel joy in life again and to gain new confidence.

To remind people of their dreams and desires and to encourage and motivate them to do everything necessary to live these dreams! Recognize limitations and old beliefs that still prevent this and bring out new resources.

My heart guides me in everything and helps me to live my greatest gifts: my intuition, perception and empathy.

We are always connected to the higher intelligence, which is always there and speaks to us. Most people just don't hear it because there is so much noise around and within us and this is exactly where I see my task: to lead people back to their heart.

It is a true joy to experience when hearts open again, when faces begin to shine again, be it through a conversation, a sound session, energy or body work or simply through being still.

What gives me the most strength and uplifts me is spending time in nature, silence, energetic exercises, rituals and meditations. The connection to the source has become deeper and more familiar, from this I draw strength and peace. I don't have to do anything alone, healing happens when the person opens up to it. I am only a tool.

I love to travel, I love adventures, I love to explore myself, I love movement in all variations like dancing, yoga, inline skating, biking (now leisurely), climbing, hiking, drumming, meditating, singing/chanting.
