Lotus Praxis (Root)

I always had the need to get in touch with other people and support them with advice and action. The foundation for this was laid during my apprenticeship as a druggist. But the superficial contact was soon no longer enough and it became more and more important to me to respond to each individual personality and their individual needs. That is why I decided to train as a Bach flower therapist, which was complemented by a detour into psychological astrology.

In order to better unite the connections between body and psyche, the training as a professional masseuse, foot reflexology massage therapist, lymphatic drainage therapist, Dorn / Breuss therapy (mobilization of the spine), etc. followed.Dorn / Breuss

For several years I was able to apply what I had learned in a practice for complementary medicine and since then I have understood more and more how to look at people as a whole. This interest led me to start training as a Dipl. Naturopath, which I completed at the end of February 2016.

Since November 2014, I have been looking forward to introducing you to the technique of classical massage and foot reflexology and to accompany and supervise you until you receive your diploma (according to EMR guidelines). At the Bodyfeet branch in Root, you choose your own course days and times and can start at any time. Interruptions (e.g. holidays) can be planned and are no obstacle. Bodyfeet is one of the largest schools in Switzerland for manual therapies and naturopathy.
