What is a naturopathic consultation?

A naturopathic consultation involves a therapist taking charge of your body and your health, while respecting each person's nature and abilities.

My role is to help you identify the changes you need to make in your life to regain optimal health.

Each patient is unique and deserves special attention. It's a question of listening to you and understanding how you function.

Without imposing my criteria, and after a health check-up, I'll advise you and explain how reflexology and naturopathy, among others, can help you.

Responding as closely as possible to your needs and doing no harm are fundamental principles that I strive to respect in my practice.

As part of this personalized approach, and backed by almost 30 years' experience in personal care, I use a number of different and complementary treatment techniques.

My treatments are reimbursed by complementary insurance companies requiring RME and ASCA certification (subject to the terms of your contract).
