In my practice I offer therapy methods such as Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)(http://www.praxis-ramp.ch), Acupuncture, Craniosacral Therapy, Functional Orthonomy and Integration (FOI) and Classical Massage. I would like to point out that these are complementary methods to the classical medicine. In TCM, the health of every human being depends on a balance between the opposing forces of yin and yang. As long as Yin and Yang are in balance, a person remains healthy. However, if one of the forces becomes excessively strong or weak, it leads to imbalance and illness.With the help of anamnesis, tongue and pulse diagnosis, signs and symptoms are collected. These are then arranged according to the rules of TCM to determine a pattern of disharmony. Once the pattern is determined, the treatment principle can be derived from it and points such as herbs can be applied.

Born in 1971 and raised in the Zurich Unterland, I completed an apprenticeship as a gardener after my compulsory schooling. After various jobs I decided to train as a naturopath.

For more than 10 years now I have been practicing as a body therapist with classical massage. Ongoing I have incorporated new therapy methods into my daily practice. The first years I was working in Rapperswil SG. For private reasons I moved to the Sense district in January 2014. After initially commuting frequently, I decided to give up the practice in Rapperswil. In January 2015 I opened my new practice in Düdingen.
