My work is characterized on the one hand by solid professional competence, by regular training and continuing education, but especially by my many years of professional experience. A carefully conducted anamnesis and the choice of different forms of therapy (see below) allow for a very personal, individual consultation and treatment. The various forms of massage help in the targeted treatment of very specific complaints and clinical pictures, bring about general physical relaxation and support the mental balance. Massage has a vagotonic effect and improves blood pressure, pulse, breathing and sleep. Also in the psychological area usually a relaxation sets in. In most cases, natural remedies and/or recommendations regarding diet and lifestyle also support the healing process.

Each client has his or her own personal requirements for a treatment. It is my concern to make full use of my expertise, but also to take into account your individual wishes in particular, in order to achieve the greatest possible effect and your personal well-being.
