Ananda Cabinet Ayurvédique (Belmont-sur-Lausanne)

After a classic course of higher education and a fifteen-year career in private administration, I felt the need to give a deeper meaning to my life by fulfilling myself more fully in my work. Enriching encounters led me to discover Ayurveda, a medicine that considers the whole person. Touched by this 'knowledge of life', which harmoniously reflects my own philosophy, I decided to redirect my professional life in this direction.

My training gradually transformed into a deeper understanding of life, and through Ayurveda, I learned first and foremost to know myself better, to understand and value the diversity of each being, and to gently advance on my own personal path. Today, almost ten years later, I feel at home in my work, and I'm delighted to be able to provide therapeutic care that respects each individual's deepest nature, and through health check-ups, to work out personalized advice with anyone who can give their life a healthier direction.

Ayurveda, with its medicine, philosophy and spirituality, represents for me the essential foundation for a life filled with health, serenity and personal fulfillment. After opening a first practice in Renan in the Bernese Jura, where I practiced on my own, in 2009 I founded, in partnership with my colleague Marie-Annick Schacher, a second therapeutic space in Cormondrèche/Neuchâtel, where we practiced jointly for 4 years. Following a change of direction in my private life, I decided to leave the Neuchâtel region and set up a new practice in Belmont-sur-Lausanne, in collaboration with Carole Zinsel, a specialist in Ayurvedic medicine. I've been practicing here since January 2014, and look forward to meeting you soon.
