In recent years, encounters with beautiful people and life situations have led me to become interested in mind-body therapies. Finding help for better natural health became important, and getting on the right track, in line with my values, even more so.

In 2010, my first magical personal experiences with aromatherapy led me to discover a natural solution to a variety of physical and mental problems. A first training course in basic aromatherapy paved the way in 2014. Then, combining the power of essential oils with touch became an obvious choice. That's why I turned to training in classical massage in 2016, followed by a major addition in anatomy-pathology-physiology in 2017, which now allows me to be ASCA-accredited.

In 2018, I naturally took a new course in general therapeutic reflexology, which had also long been close to my heart. This method delivers superb results, and I'm delighted to share with you this treatment that helps the body maintain or regain the balance essential to its proper functioning.

Always keen to learn more so that I can share my knowledge, I regularly take part in continuing education courses and am interested in various personal development techniques.
