In my practice in Wilen I experience again and again how important it is to see people as a unity consisting of body, mind and soul. In 1998, after a severe knee injury, I was "gently" guided onto the path of my heart. As a result of this event, I was at a crossroads and had to decide what to do with the time that had become free.

My passion led me down the path to body therapy and spiritual development, so I trained in various massage techniques. This was followed by Education and training in holistic energetic therapy work and I also attended coaching seminars. This combination of holistic massage and energy treatment enriches my practice today, which is greatly appreciated by my clients. I consistently receive positive feedback about this type of therapy, which confirms that I am on the right path to holistically support and enhance the well-being of my clients.
