Naturpraxis-Aarau (Aarau)

The focus in my life has always been on people, their environment, their individual needs and the topics of health, nutrition and exercise.

After working as a decorator and exhibition manager for two well-known Swiss interior designers, I first attended courses in dance theater at the Dimitri School in Ticino. Later, in Vogorno TI, I did community service as a socio-cultural animator at the Berzona Art Therapy Studio. I spent the following year in France. During my civilian service I worked with young people with behavioral problems on an organic farm, toured the country and devoted myself to the basics of organic farming. Back in Switzerland, I cared for and accompanied people with physical and mental disabilities in a dormitory for three years.

All these rich and intensive experiences in different professional fields awakened in me a strong interest in understanding people as a unity of body, mind and soul and being able to accompany them on their way to well-being and health. Based on this motivation, I began a four-year training as a naturopath at the School of Applied Naturopathy in Zurich. I specialized in traditional European naturopathy TEN, which includes manual therapies, dietetics, drainage procedures and phytotherapy. This was followed by further training in the --method, a holistic . All these rich and intense experiences in different professional fields awakened a strong interest in me to understand people as a unity of body, mind and spirit and to be able to accompany them on their way to well-being and health. With this motivation I began a four-year training as a naturopath at the School of Applied Naturopathy in Zurich. I specialized in traditional European naturopathy TEN, which includes manual therapies, dietetics, drainage methods and phytotherapy. This was followed by further training in the --method, holistic , ESALEN®-based and herbal medicine.
