Acupuncture: I work according to the Balance Method by Dr. Richard Teh-Fu Tan († 2015). This very effective method helps with all indications. In acute pain conditions it even often leads to an immediately noticeable reduction in pain.

The Tuina massage (Chinese healing massage) is a very effective manual therapy. It promotes vitality and strengthens the immune system. If it is about physical complaints (e.g. muscular tensions, adhesions, movement restrictions, ...), Tuina is usually performed rather vigorously and dynamically. If the goal is to come to rest on the emotional-psychological level, the movements are gentler and more meditative.

The roots of Traditional Chinese Medicine, TCM for short, go back 2500 - 4000 years, depending on the source. It is a holistic and very effective healing art and an excellent complement to Western conventional medicine.

From the perspective of TCM, a person feels healthy when the two forces YIN and YANG are in balance and QI (= life energy) can flow freely.

Dysbalances lead to blockages in the flow of energy, which manifest themselves in complaints of all kinds and have a negative impact on our well-being.

Location: The practice is located about 4 minutes walk from Lucerne main station at the intersection Hirschmattstrasse - Habsburgerstrasse. The entrance is right next to the restaurant "Basilico".
