Shiatsu Harmonie (Neuenkirch)

Shiatsu Shiatsu is Japanese and translates as "finger pressure". Through touch (with thumbs, hands, elbows, knees), pressure, stretching, rotation as well as loosening techniques, the causes of specific complaints are specifically treated and the flow of life energy is harmonized.

The Shiatsu treatment takes place in comfortable clothing on a futon on the floor.

Foot reflexology

All parts of the body are represented on the foot. Through targeted grips, stimuli are applied to the reflex zones, which activate the body's own healing powers and restore inner balance.

The treatment is performed on a massage table.

Moxa

Also called burning therapy, because burning mugwort is applied. Either directly or indirectly on the skin. The application of heat reactivates the self-healing powers in the body.

Cupping

In cupping, a vacuum is created with glasses and the help of fire or a pump. This stimulates the flow of energy, increases blood circulation and reduces pain.

Gua Sha

Gua means to scrape / stroke / scratch and Sha means either syndrome pathogenic factor, manifestation or the reaction after Gua Sha application.

In this treatment, the skin is scraped by means of a spatula, thereby causing a skin reaction and thus eliminating energy and blood stagnation. Mainly this therapy is used for tension in the neck and back.

Lymphatic drainage

The mode of action of manual lymphatic drainage is wide-ranging. Through circular shifting techniques, which are applied with light pressure, the fluid is shifted from the tissue into the lymphatic system.
