Massage Back and neck massage

Of course, the main purpose of this massage is to stimulate blood circulation in tense and hardened muscles. Here the classical massage is used, which I apply in such a way that the treatment is perceived as pleasant and therefore relaxing. To enhance the effect of the massage, I use heat (compresses, packs), cold (massage stones) or a cupping massage, as needed.

Neck, shoulder and head massage

Neck problems are often accompanied by a tight shoulder girdle and / or headaches. In this treatment, which is performed in the supine position, the head and face are considered in addition to massaging the upper back and neck. At the end of this treatment I recommend a soothing foot massage, while a warm pack can also help to relax not only the neck muscles.

Foot reflexology

This fascinating reflective treatment of the feet can address organic, physical problems. On the other hand, the feet can also affect the autonomic nervous system, so stress-related disorders with physical effects can be treated primarily through the feet. Reflexology sets impulses that stimulate the body to heal itself.
