I use a gong and around thirty singing bowls, exclusively therapeutic instruments, including bowls with planetary and asteroid frequencies, dolphin frequency, flower of life, the 7 chakras, yin/yang for balancing the feminine and masculine, which enable us to go even deeper and work on specific themes.
