I grew up with my parents and 3 siblings bilingual French / German in Solothurn. Today I live with my family in St. Niklaus / Solothurn. This special place also gives me space for my independent work and music.

I was born with a strong connection to nature and the appreciation and uniqueness of every living being and much more.

Also a high degree of sensitivity. As a child, I was unaware of many different internal and external influences. It was often difficult to deal with me.

It became my life's work to grow out of fears and traumatized experiences and to draw confidence.

My great love for nature, music, singing and writing songs, dancing and painting, bodywork, an inner strength and constructive encounters with people at the right moment always showed me new ways.

I am happy to pass on all the sources of strength I discovered in my life, all the experiences I was able to make.

Career development developments and projects more

A very valuable field of activity for me in individual bodywork and music is, among other things, the accompaniment of people with mental and physical impairments.

Through the varied non-verbal communication with each of them, I continue to learn. It is a great challenge and also a special gift.
