A dynamic full body oil massage taking into account the vital points (Marmas) and the associated energy channels (Nadis). The long movements and stretches stimulate the metabolism and strengthen the tissues. The immune system is strengthened and the entire organism is harmonized.

PADABHYANGA - FOOT MASSAGE:

An intense and very relaxing massage that relieves the feet and legs and balances the entire organism. This massage gives calmness and serenity and helps to ground.

PADABHYANGA + PRISHTABHYANGA COMBI - FOOT + BACK MASSAGE COMBI

A relaxing foot massage combined with a back massage. This massage has a calming effect on the whole organism.

PRISHTABHYANGA - BACK MASSAGE:

A soothing massage that loosens the back, shoulders and neck and relieves tension. It gives strength and lightness and strengthens the back.

SHIRODHARA - PRE OIL:

A warm, gentle stream of oil moves slowly like a gentle river across the forehead, leading you on a wonderful journey of relaxation to greater peace of mind, body and spirit. (Includes a preparatory massage. Please do not drive afterwards).

KIZHLI - HERBAL POCKET MASSAGE:

A relaxing massage with freshly prepared herbal bags. Deposits, tension and blockages in the muscles are released and the energy flow is stimulated. (Please reserve in advance as the herbal bags are specially prepared for use with fresh ingredients. The effect is enhanced by several successive massages).

GARSHAN - SILK GLOVE MASSAGE:

This dry massage is performed without oil using silk gloves and acts like a peeling. The circulation and metabolism get going, the skin is revitalized and noticeably smoother.

PREGNANT MASSAGE:

For the expectant mother from the 12th week of pregnancy. The massage helps to drain the tissues and relieve the back.
