Ayurvedic massage, treatments and therapy Atreya Abhyanga This Ayurvedic massage is a full body oil massage to harmonize the three forces of Vata, Pitta and Kapha.

Abhyanga strengthens and calms the nervous system and thus has a pronounced relaxing effect in all states of stress and tension. Lymph flow and blood circulation are stimulated, muscles are relaxed. The skin is nourished and soft and supple again.

Snehana & Svedana A full body massage with warm herbal oil, customized to your constitution, followed by a steam bath in the cabin.

Pinda Svedana A treatment with rice, herbs and milk sacs and oil to complement a full body massage.

Shirodhara (forehead oil pouring). Warm oil with herbs flows over the forehead area, over the head marmas (energy points) and over the third eye. This leads to a deeply relaxed state of body and mind. Shirodhara is used for mental overload, neuro-vegetative disorders, tension headaches, concentration disorders, sleep disorders, tension, to calm the sensory organs, and for scalp and hair complaints.

Back, neck, head, face A massage for the specific treatment of tension in the spine and neck area, as well as to promote mental and psychological relaxation. Scalp, hair and hair roots are nourished and strengthened, facial and jaw muscles are relaxed. Herbal and essential oils are used according to the constitution.

Garshan (massage without oil) A type of Asian lymphatic drainage with a glove made of raw silk. It is used to treat tissues such as if you have cellulite or are overweight. Finely performed, it is helpful for stimulating metabolism, for strong chills and on a psychological level for anxiety, sadness or worry.

Shiro Pichu Warm herbal oil is dripped on the top of the head and held there.
