ASCA / RME approved manual lymph drainage Manual lymphatic drainage is a manual massage that requires precise, gentle, relaxing, pain-free movements in the form of slow, regular, circular pressure.

These movements aim to increase and promote the circulation of lymph, a painless, transparent liquid. Thanks to the structure of its vessels, lymph transports not only liquids, but also bulky particles such as cell debris, fat particles and proteins.

Drainage is not performed on the whole body, but by body segment, depending on the pathology. Lymphatic drainage is effective for many pathologies. During the first session, a detailed medical history is taken. This enables us to establish a precise diagnosis, avoid possible contraindications and determine a treatment plan.
