Through my training as a medical masseur SRK and the annual training in various massage techniques, I can offer you different treatment methods. Choose a massage from my range or let me advise you individually.

The word massage means: rub, feel, knead. The classical medical massage is one of the oldest known therapies. It relieves muscle pain, influences tissue consistency, promotes blood and lymph circulation and stimulates organ function, resulting in general physical and mental relaxation.

A special and gentle form of massage is lymphatic drainage. Along the lymphatic system, subtle circular and spiral grips create first a pressure increase, then a pressure decrease, and finally a pressureless phase. This activates lymphatic drainage, unlocking the tissues and allowing them to relax again. The lymph is drained and fresh, oxygenated blood plasma is created and released substances can nourish and regenerate the tissue again.
