TUI NA MASSAGE

Traditional Chinese Tui Na massage is both vigorous and relaxing.
It involves the stimulation of acupuncture points to effectively treat painful areas and stimulate the body's metabolic functions. It acts on different parts and functions of the body, even internally. It eliminates blockages and stimulates the body's self-healing capacities.
It promotes blood and energy circulation and helps reduce pain. It can also be used simply as a relaxing massage or for "energetic harmonization".

REFLEXOTHERAPY

Reflexotherapy involves applying deep digital pressure to reflex zones on the body. The main targets are the face, palms and soles of the feet. In fact, these three parts of the body are linked to each internal organ by terminal nerves. Manipulation of these areas therefore stimulates the proper functioning of each organ, eliminating any blockages that prevent the organ from fulfilling its role. Reflex therapy treats the whole body. It pleasantly soothes aches and pains, relaxes nerves and muscles, and softens the skin. It also relieves stress, releases tension and makes it easier to fall asleep.
