My strengths are a deep and very secure sense of body and space for my counterpart and the situation. I feel where manual therapies, better nutrition and breath can create more space and movement. Accompanying I use European herbs if possible. With this I like to accompany you into the home stretch of improvement.

Like all living things, I am constantly evolving. This passion has guided me on my professional as well as on my personal path and in the process I have come across manual work, complementary medicine and respiratory training. First, however, I followed a usual professional path; It-organizer. Alongside this, I have continuously studied the body and mind and trained as a complementary therapist. I was also lucky to have a body-conscious family, which helped me a lot.
