Immerse yourself in the world of relaxation and recuperation. In the teachings of Thai massage, the pressure on certain energy lines corresponds to the healing effect of the massage. For this reason, the masseuse does not stroke the body, but applies pressure and stretches the muscles. All movements are gentle, rhythmic, flowing and soft. The energy channels are worked on using gentle stretching and rhythmic pressure from the balls of the hands, thumbs, knees, elbows and feet. The most traditional form of Thai massage takes place covered or clothed in order to avoid having to use oil during the many movement elements, which would prevent the masseuse from having a firm grip.

You can also request a 30-minute head, neck and foot massage for CHF 45.00.
