After training as a commercial employee and working as an administrative assistant for a number of major companies, most recently the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), I decided to take care of myself by taking care of others.

My therapies are all designed to help people find their way back to well-being and self-love. They aim to balance, harmonize and release blockages, traumas and physical and psychological tensions, and help overcome disorders such as anxiety, fear, nervousness, depression, insomnia or nervous exhaustion.

The methods I use are individually chosen according to the specific needs of each of my patients.

Tibetan Purification

Tibetan purification, or umbilical heating, is a Tibetan healing ritual practiced by Lamas-doctors. In Buddhist belief, the center of the human being is located in the belly, 3 fingers below the navel, and represents an important energetic gateway. It is along the umbilical cord that certain blockages can be found.

It's through this same door that we're going to use fire to purify and erase certain information inscribed in the memory of our cells throughout our lives, and which has caused psycho-energetic blockages preventing us from reaching our full potential.

The session begins with a back massage and energy balancing, before proceeding with the purification. The whole process lasts at least an hour and a quarter.
