Aroma massage is a gentle, harmonious massage with techniques from classical massage. The pressure is softer, the pace slower and rhythmic. The essential oils enhance the intended massage effects. It is a holistic interaction of touch, scent and movement. In the process, the essential oils enter the tissues, bloodstream and lymphatic system through the skin. Through the sense of smell they address the limbic system, the area of our feelings and emotions. This holistic massage thus contributes to the harmonization of body, mind and soul. "Scents flatter the soul" For the aroma massage I use only 100% natural essential oils and fatty plant oils. I select the essential oils according to your preferences or ailments and thus mix your personal massage oil.
