Since my childhood I have always been passionate about human relationships. The search for harmony and unconditional love drove me very quickly and early to the study of metaphysics (the doctrine of the knowledge of being) and later quantum physics.

An education that enabled me to offer psychospiritual guidance sessions to dissolve the repetitive mechanisms that prevent us from living who we really are.

I have developed a way of practicing that is playful and told like a fairy tale, and for this I use the Major Arcana of certain Tarot cards (continuous training also for 10 years). I want to offer and give back what I have received in my teachings, and above all my key word is autonomy. I aim to have a toolbox accessible at all times, to have the freedom to be and not to create dependencies.

In addition, I have a way in learning certain massages. In fact, in 1992 I completed a continuous training to learn the harmonization of energies. It is a very complete massage. The back, the legs, the feet, the arms, the plexus, the abdomen, the face, the neck, the head are massaged in depth. All the meridians are stimulated. It is a massage that can be adjusted from case to case according to the force used. Thus, it can be used as a relaxing, draining or strengthening massage.

In 1993, I trained in Ayurvedic massage in Lausanne and took my exam at the Ayurveda Center in Paris with the monk Swami Yoga Anand. Ayurveda is based on the harmony of the three elements of the body, Vat (air - the nervous and endocrine system), Pitt (fire - the digestive and enzyme system), and Kaph (water and all fluids). This massage activates the lymphatic system. It is effective against fatigue, ankylosis, insomnia, depression, etc..

Ayurvedic medicine, of which I only practice massage, emphasizes the importance of prevention rather than cure. It relies on the body's defenses, mental energy and psychic powers. In principle, it is practiced very close to the ground.

From 1994 to 1998 I completed a Shiatsu training with Hiroshi Nozaki as part of the formation of the Kuo School. I practice it as part of a complete massage. Then, in 1998, I invested in a "Sygmass" device that allows me to practice a gentle Palpate roll. This is called depressomassage and depressodrainage. Since it is a hyperemic technique, I use it for anti-cellulite treatments, it is also used for the treatment of scars (training in Neuchâtel).

Since 2012 I complete lymphatic drainage trainings according to the Vooder method up to the prophylaxis level.
