After compulsory schooling, I completed a 3-year commercial apprenticeship. I soon felt that the office routine did not correspond to my professional fulfillment. I missed the contact and the conversation with people above all. So I decided to do a 1-year internship in the physiotherapy department of the nursing home Staffelhof. During this time I learned what I like most about working with and on people. That's why I trained to become a certified masseuse.

After 5 years of working in a practice in Unterkulm, I became self-employed. Since 1984 I have been working in my own practice and my profession still gives me great pleasure even after so many years. To this day, I look forward to my work with and on people every day.

Classical Massage The traditional and most common form of massage. It is combined with sports massage and trigger point therapy.

Lymphatic drainage Decongestion therapy of tissue fluid and cellular debris with little pressure. e.g. after trauma and surgery, for edema, varicose veins, heavy legs, etc.

Foot reflexology- massage Foot massage with reflex points for all organs. This is a balancing and harmonizing massage technique.

Electrotherapy Electrical impulses are applied with direct current. E.g. to loosen trigger points, relieve pain in joints or to regenerate after injuries. Complements well with other forms of therapy.

Cupping Cupping technique with the Pneumatron - a device that produces a pulsating massage effect. The tissue is stretched, muscles are loosened, fascia and connective tissue are released from adhesions.

Oscillating cushion- therapy Mobilizing technique of the spine with relaxation of the surrounding ligaments and muscles on an air cushion. It is combined with classical massage. The swinging cushion is also suitable as a positioning aid for pregnant women.

Cosmetic foot care Calluses and pressure points are removed, nails are shortened and groomed.
