SALUTOGENESE - the emergence of health - describes very well what I want to achieve with my work. Through many personal processes and experiences, I was able to consciously learn to perceive body, mind and soul as an inseparable unit and to open myself attentively to what is often invisible to the naked eye.

When we feel body, mind and soul as a unit, we experience that our mind leads and causes, the soul brings about and the body ultimately experiences it. Our life network, the fascia, reflects our being in such an impressive way and shows us how the harmonious interaction of body, mind and soul can activate the forces of health and vitality within us.
