fitneXX - Courses We offer professionally supervised courses for all interested people, from beginners to professionals. Fun and safety starts with the right choice of lesson. Please choose your lesson wisely, according to your level of training and taking into account any physical limitations you may have.
Shock absorbing aerobic gymnastics shoes are highly recommended to protect your back, joints and feet. The use of (indoor) sneakers is mandatory.

You can also rent fitness clothes from us.

What you need For reasons of hygiene, it is essential to bring a personal sweat towel to the training session. Since you lose fluid through sweating, we recommend that you regulate your fluid balance by drinking before and during training. Please only bring plastic bidons (or Sigg metal bottles) into the aerobics room.

fitneXX - children's paradise A child-friendly environment awaits your little ones. (The children's paradise is included in all subscription types).

Supervision During opening hours, Kinderparadies is supervised by trained, motivated staff. Your children will also look forward to visiting us!

fitneXX - Seniors Training helps older people to move at a much "younger" level. Among other things, the following factors are favored by regular training:

• Slowing down of the aging process
• Improving cardiovascular fitness
• Preservation of sharp mind
• Better condition, less risk of injury
• Fitter at the wheel

Senior gymnastics We offer special gymnastics program for people from about 55 years old. The main emphasis is on strengthening and mobilization, maintaining flexibility and strengthening the cardiovascular system.

fitneXX - solarium / bio-sauna We offer state-of-the-art solariums and bio-sauna (2 x Ergoline 44, 2 x Ergoline 500 Ultra Turbo Power, Ergoline). Vitalizing sauna pleasure. After a strenuous workout, a soothing, calming visit to the sauna is just what you need. Afterwards you will have a wonderful rest and regeneration in the relaxation room.

Solarium Get a healthier tan than in the sun!
Thirty minutes under the solarium stress your skin much less than five minutes of Mediterranean sun. At the same time you activate the defense-boosting vitamin D3.
