I gained my first professional knowledge and experience in the food industry and learned about the product-specific requirements of a variety of foods and their possible applications. The interdependence between a balanced diet and a functioning metabolism has always interested me more. In addition, I have always been fascinated by the varied work with a variety of people. In my free time, I still do sports regularly because exercise is still very important to me. Both as a trainer in the sports sector and as a manager in the professional sector, I have learned to focus on my goals and not to lose sight of the needs of those around me. In my work, the holistic approach and the response to the individual needs of my clients is particularly important to me. Thanks to my experience and knowledge, I have a wide range of therapies at my disposal.
