Gesundheitspraxis klar-entspannt (Koppigen)

I work in my health practice and have found my calling. Here, all my interests and talents come together to form a whole. Since my early youth, two things have always moved me: tensions of all kinds related to physical and psychological causes on the one hand, and music on the other. With classical massage, Pilates and counseling I work with my clients on the symptoms and causes. And with rhythmic-harmonic massage I could finally combine my two main interests.

While working first as a mechanical draftsman, then as a landscaper, laser programmer, and finally as an electrician, I trained to become a professional massage therapist, PilatesCare instructor, and hypnotherapist. During this time, for various reasons, I suffered from a herniated disc, sciatica with sensory and motor deficits, mild burnout, and various less dramatic conditions. These signs always motivated me to dig deeper into myself to find the connections. What felt like misery and tedious at the time later turned out to be a good life lesson. Since the end of 2018 I am a consultant in the psychosocial field at the Institute for Psychosynthesis in Aeon in Basel and since 2019 a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists.
