My sensitivity and mediumship have been a constant companion in silence since childhood. Only later I became aware of my deep talent, also through the attention of my now grown sons.

In many years of education and training in body psychotherapy, massage, sexuality and work with women, couples counseling, my psychological and analytical knowledge was trained and expanded.

During various travels and stays in India and other countries I was allowed to dive deeper into the practice of yoga and meditation, which has been a wonderful part of my life ever since. A powerful experience was the training in energy work with monks in India, which led me back deeper into my sensitivity and intuition. Since then I have been training my skills regularly with experienced teachers in Switzerland and England.

The importance of the interaction between body and soul also became a thorn in my training. To connect to pain, to our body and to our inner being where healing is possible.

My work is characterized by mindfulness and respectful empathy, as well as direct, open discussions and body and energy work. My intuition and sensitivity allow me to gently empathize with people and welcome them where they are, offering them a different perspective and accompanying and supporting them on the path of personal responsibility and inner integrity.
