Manual lymphatic drainage: Defined pressure on the lymph vessels stimulates the lymph flow, which decongests the connective tissue. The metabolic situation improves, which in turn has a positive effect on well-being. Manual lymphatic drainage is relaxing, harmonizing and analgesic. Foot reflexology: By massaging the reflex zones on the foot, blood circulation to the corresponding organs is stimulated and the elimination of metabolic products is promoted. Connective tissue massage: Local adhesions and tensions are released. In addition, the treatment has a regulating effect on the nervous system and positively influences the internal organs. Electro- and ultrasound therapy: Complaints of the musculoskeletal system can be treated specifically with electro- and ultrasound therapy. Electric current has a pain-relieving and circulation-enhancing effect in the body, and the body's own healing process is stimulated. Pain therapy according to Liebscher&Bracht: One-sided movement patterns at work or in everyday life can cause muscles and fasciae to shorten and lead to pain and restricted movement. The manual therapy technique developed by Liebscher&Bracht, osteopressure, can normalize muscular fascial tensions. Fascia stretching groups according to Liebscher&Bracht: In the group courses, we address a large part of the unused movement angles through special movement sequences. With additional stretching-strengthening exercises, we balance the one-sided movement patterns, stop undesirable developments and normalize the forces in the joints. Functional stretch strengthening increases movement angles, improves muscle control and strengthens muscles that are too weak.
