People with their individuality, with their complexity and all their facets fascinated me early on - and continue to do so anew. Listening, empathizing, looking for and finding solutions to problems together is part of me as a person and is a talent.

It was already clear to me as a child that life could not possibly consist only of school, growing up and dying. Later, I found confirmation for this on the one hand in the confrontation with myself, by grabbing old and outdated things by the roots in my life and sowing new things. On the other hand, I also found confirmation as a mother of two lively children, a family woman, and through my training and practical experience, which further shaped and developed me.

Do I sometimes feel afraid and doubt? - Of course, I do.
Do I sometimes feel angry or annoyed? - Of course, I do.
Do I sometimes feel sad? - Of course, I am.

Today, however, I know and experience that personal freedom and lightness consists in this: To deal with what happens to us in life in a more serviceable and lighter way and to keep only THE limits that we set ourselves.

My paths are created by walking them. My own learning, searching, finding, goes on and on, and what comes out of it benefits you.

Together with you, I develop practical and understandable change methods and strategies, after first trying them out for myself and finding them to be good. At the same time, lightness and humor are not neglected.

The value, the joy and the fulfillment of my work lies for me in giving you impulses to rethink obstructive thoughts and to support and accompany you in the development and promotion of your potential. - As short as possible, as long as necessary.
