Heule Daniela (Widnau)

Daniela Howl Daniela Heule (* October 23, 1961 in Altstätten SG) is a graduate Esalen® massage and body therapist and meditation instructor. Her treatments are recognized by the usual health insurance companies. She is a member of the professional association for Esalen® Massage and Bodywork. Daniela Heule is a mother of 2 adult sons and lives with her partner and the Wau-Waus in Berneck.

Living and acting Contact with people runs like a thread through Daniela Heule's life. She grew up with 5 siblings in Heerbrugg. At the age of 23 she became a mother for the first time, followed two years later by her second son. Her path to complementary therapy began during family time. Starting with the life school in Lucerne, through Esalen massage, hypnotherapy and basic medical knowledge, she continues her education to this day. Among other things, she studied for 3 months with a master in Thailand. Through personal experiences at a young age, she became aware that the path to healing leads through the body, while body, soul and spirit shake hands. She has made this her business. With success. Daniela Heule has been running her own practice for Esalen® massage and bodywork in Widnau for over 15 years. She works with the utmost care and has an extraordinary feeling for people. By asking questions and specifically touching the body, she usually quickly finds out where the problem lies and takes a very personal and professional approach to her clients. In her practice, everything has room and space that wants to show itself or that comes to light during the treatments.
