Allow me to introduce myself. In India, where I was born, they just call me Lenry. I'm an Indian from Kerala in southern India, the birthplace of Ayurveda, a Sanskrit term that means the science of life and teaches the art of healthy living.

I teach Ashtanga yoga, a form of yoga based on movement and breathing. In my native country, I was trained in traditional Ayurvedic massage techniques by masters in Kalarippayatu, one of the world's oldest martial arts.

This type of massage aims above all to revitalize and detoxify the body by stimulating the Marmas points, energy crossroads, seats of vital energy and ancestors of acupuncture points. The effects of Ayurvedic massages are manifold and, when practiced regularly, their their impact on health is long-lasting and profound.
