Reflexology Mission Statement In my many years of practice as a certified reflexologist and body therapist specializing in Asian body and energy work according to TCM, I combine conventional medicine with naturopathy from Western and Eastern healing systems.

I perceive the human being as a whole and the promotion and maintenance of health is my priority.

First and foremost it is about recognizing blockages on different levels/zones (organs, bones, muscles, fascia, nerves, meridians, acupuncture points) and releasing them through targeted therapy approaches. To perceive causes and connections of possible physical and mental complaints, to establish healthy energy flows and balances and to activate self-healing powers.
