After a very conventional career path, the need to feel more in tune with my outlook on life and my work had become a necessity. What's more, my desire to accompany people towards greater well-being was ever more present.

Following several long journeys, my personal path naturally led me to Ayurveda, which very quickly became an obvious choice. Its precise vision and philosophy immediately won me over.

Ayurveda opens up a new world, a world full of knowledge and keys to a better understanding of ourselves and our environment. It considers each human being in his or her entirety as a unique phenomenon. With all these elements in line with my values, it was time to reorientate myself.

In order to be able to offer an ever more comprehensive service, I regularly attend further training courses. These are courses that deepen my knowledge of marma treatments (energy points in the body) on specific health topics. I also teach new treatment techniques, yoga and pranayama (breathing exercises).

Registered with the RME, my treatments are recognized and partially reimbursed by a large number of complementary health insurance companies.

I'm delighted to be practicing Ayurveda and look forward to welcoming you to my practice to share this passion with you.
