My approach to TOUCH is not only to relieve your aches and pains, but also to understand them. Your body sends you messages, so listen to it.

In order to be able to consider the whole person, I have taken various training courses in therapeutic approaches at schools such as :

kinesiology, counselling, energetics and massage.

Today, I still regularly take courses to perfect my skills and broaden my palette of energy treatments.

In PRESTATIONS, you'll find a presentation of the techniques I use in my sessions. Each relaxation technique has its own benefits, and one of them is most appropriate for you.
