Classic massage

Classical massage is one of the oldest healing methods known to man and is used to treat musculoskeletal disorders. With your hands you apply pressure and tension to the tissues and muscles. On the one hand, the tense muscles are affected by stretching and relaxation; On the other hand, the massage has a positive effect on the heartbeat, breathing and digestion, promoting relaxation and well-being. I use the classical massage almost exclusively in combination with the foot reflexology.

Preventive / wellness application "Kleinergie

Every year we inspect the car, have it serviced and take care of it so that no major damage occurs. We should take care of ourselves at least as well. That is why I recommend you to do something good for yourself regularly. I offer you the foot reflexology massage "Kleinergie" in combination with a partial body massage (legs / buttocks / back / neck) or with an application in the field of energy work / Reiki. This application covers the heading prevention and is beneficial for body, soul and spirit. Duration 60 minutes.
