Massages Above all, my apprenticeship began in 2009 at the Peyrefitte International Wellness School in Aix les Bains, France. There, I learned a dozen massage techniques, followed by hydrotherapy concepts. I thus completed an average of 500 hours of practical and theoretical massage training in the following disciplines:

Vital hygiene Diet and nutrition Aromatherapy and phytotherapy Sound therapy I trained with Mr. Philippe Garnier, a renowned sound therapist who has practiced mainly in New York. The teaching I received on therapeutic tuning forks, gongs, Himalayan bowls and crystal bowls is an additional asset I can offer my clients.
