In our organic store, you'll find almost everything you need to live organically.

Products such as meat, Etivaz d'alpage cheese and house specialities come from our own farm. What we don't produce, we buy from organic producers.

Our speciality in our organic store is bulk produce.

Our family farm FERME DEMETER ( route de la Villa d'Oex 65 1660 Château-d'Oex) includes three themes:

An organic farm with direct sales, where Etivaz alpine cheese is made in summer. Throughout the year, we also produce meat and other organic specialties for our loyal clientele, according to standards that respect animals and the environment.

A naturopathic practice in which Esther accompanies patients on the path to healing and maintaining their health, thanks to her fine intuition and natural therapeutic measures.

And finally, Esther's Feng Shui tips to make your home an oasis of health, success and happiness.

For as long as we've known each other, we've dreamed of realizing a project that would support human beings. Over the past eight years, we've put together the building blocks of a small mosaic. It consists of an organic farm where the well-being of people, animals and nature are at the heart of the project. Healthy food straight from our farm is a matter of course for our customers: "We are what we eat!"

You can also find our local products in our magasin bio in Château-d'oex.

Another feature is Esther's naturopathic practice. Thanks to the courses she has attended, she gives back to those who need it, the responsibility for their health. In her practice, she treats patients herself with a variety of naturopathic procedures.

Thanks to her training as a [Feng Shui] consultant (http://www.ihr-lebenskreis.ch/fr/feng-shui.html), she completes the circle by making your home a place of strength from which to draw daily energy.
