As a trained florist EFZ, the connection with nature and its effect on us humans and our bodies has always been a great fascinating wonder for me. Everything is so natural and everyday for us. But if we consciously deal with our nature and our body, respond to the signs and signals and learn to listen to them, it becomes a great, exciting healing fascination.

In 2003 I completed the training as a medically certified masseuse and thus learned the basics of the body. This was followed by further training such as sports masseuse, mobilization, hot stones and Pantha Jama.

I was looking for a way that included more than just symptom control. I was looking for a way to bring the cause step by step in the right direction, so that the body can become healthy again and stay that way.

In 2003 I came in contact with Reiki and many other interesting forms of therapy, which showed me a new view on life and their effects. So I educated myself over the years with

Over all these years I learned interesting facts about the body, mind and soul and found out that a person becomes healthy and can stay healthy when these three components are in harmony with themselves and nature.
