Health is close to my heart. It is important to me to respond to the complaints of my customers and treat accordingly. Through various methods and techniques that flow with each other, I try to help the discomfort a relief. Be it muscle tension, overstrained muscles, migraine, tennis elbow, lumbago, shoulder pain caused by muscle and nerve overload, pain caused by nerves such as carpal tunnel syndrome, etc., jaw pain due to teeth clenching / grinding and much more.

Also in case of stress, restlessness or simply treat yourself to something soothing - a classic massage or lymphatic drainage is always good for you.

I also offer Pilates lessons in small groups. A correctly executed Pilates workout gives a better body feeling. We let only the muscles work. The force should not come with momentum, through the spine or from the pelvis. Pilates can thereby alleviate certain ailments, an upright posture, through stronger deep-seated trunk muscles. Also, the mobilization of the spine and joints plays an important role, which we include in every lesson along with the stretching of the muscles. Pilates does good - is good - everything is good!
