My joy is to help people achieve a better quality of life. Everyone is unique and has different conditions in life. There is never one way but only your way.

Sport has always been important to me, be it in the past as a top sport or today as a balance. Health has always played a major role. At the age of 22 I graduated as a medical masseur FA SRK and since then I have continued my education every year.

My diagnosis of celiac disease forced me to look into the subject of nutrition. I quickly realized how important a healthy diet is and what we can influence with it. This moved me to train as a certified nutritionist. In addition, I am a pain therapist according to Liebscher & Bracht.
