On the other hand, massage provokes a variety of indirect reactions. Thus, massage promotes the removal of waste products, stimulates metabolism and has a reflex effect on internal organs.

It prevents injuries and leads to increased performance - tired muscles need regeneration, massage shortens the regeneration time.
