Medizinische Massagepraxis Schmid Edith (Klosters)

Edith Schmid - medical masseuse I grew up in the nearby Albula valley and have been living in Klosters for over 20 years. After my school education I completed a 4 year apprenticeship in Davos and after more than 10 years of professional practice I felt the need for a change. So in 1994 I began my 3 year training as a medical masseuse, again in Davos, at the Bündner Medizinische Massagefachschule Davos (BMMD). I completed the 18 months of practical training in Füssen, in the Allgäu, in a small, very personally run spa; in Affoltern a. Albis in the physiotherapy department of the district hospital and partly also in the Serneus Bad spa and sports hotel. I also had shorter internship assignments in Grossenbrode, Northern Germany; Scuol, Bogn Engiadina and in Chur in a private practice.

Continuing education courses are required on an ongoing basis for health insurance recognition. Through these courses I have been able to acquire various tools for my work, so that I can adapt my treatments to your individual needs.
