About my person

My name is Katharina Meister Baur, born on 11.12.1964.

I spent my childhood on my parents' farm in Utzenstorf BE. In Bernbiet I completed my training as a Spitex nurse in the community. Early on I was impressed by social work with and for people of all ages.

When I came to Rafz in 1990, I worked as a playgroup leader in Rafz in addition to my function as a mother of now two adult children. I decided to increasingly face new challenges, which opened the door to MASSAGE for me.

Thanks to my active stay on the soccer field, I had the chance to coach and massage the then FC-Rafz for two seasons. At the same time I attended the DUL-X-Trainer-and-Expert-Seminar in Ebnat Kappel. During this time I realized: "Massaging is my THING."

My experience and the urge for more grew and in 1999, with great support from my environment, I opened my own massage studio at the Märktgass in Rafz.

What started small, developed more and more between 1999 and 2006. I completed further training at the Bodyfeet Center in Rapperswil and Aarau, in the area of:

• Hot-Stone-Massage
• basic spinal therapy according to Dieter
• Headache and migraine therapy
• Cupping therapy

Since April 2007 I have been offering my massages in a privately furnished studio at Landstrasse 6 in a converted farmhouse. With a lot of enthusiasm and heart I am always ready to respond to the wishes and needs of my clients and to treat them individually. I am also happy to give tips and tricks for prevention in everyday life.

Every person deserves the chance to be their own boss. Doing something good for yourself has a future in our fast-paced times. My motto is "Be good to yourself".
