Shiatsu as well as foot reflex zone therapy are complementary therapeutic treatment forms, which both have an effect on body, mind and soul. Thus physical as well as mental complaints are solved.

Shiatsu relaxes and invigorates - The form of therapy is anchored in Eastern philosophy and health teachings and is based, among other things, on the treatment of the meridians (energy channels).

Shiatsu helps to improve one's own perception, to come to rest, to regenerate and to regain one's natural balance.

In foot reflexology therapy, the human body is divided into different body zones. The foot reflects the overall image of the body. Each organ is assigned to the corresponding place on the foot. By applying pressure to these points, the organ in question is stimulated and energy processes are reactivated.
