What is Myoreflex Therapy?

Myoreflex therapy immediately releases the excessive basic tension in the muscle and muscular system. In most cases, this leads to immediate relief and pain relief in joints and soft tissue structures (ligaments, tendons, connective tissue).

How is this achieved?

With my myoreflex therapy, I release the shortened muscles and fascia (connective tissue). In which I correctly palpate the muscle-tendon attachments (pressure point stimulation). Which in most cases leads to immediate pain relief.

For whom is my Myoreflex therapy suitable?

For all people suffering from chronic and acute pain, i.e. adults, children and infants.

Emotional stress, such as burnout and depression, can usually be treated successfully as well.

With ADHD children I have already achieved good results. They became calmer and can cope with their situation better.
