The goal of my naturopathic consultation and therapy is to give impulses to mobilize the body's own self-healing and to strengthen its self-regulation.

Numerous physical and psychological complaints can be successfully treated through holistic approaches.

I enjoyed a nature-oriented upbringing and taught myself to discover and appreciate nature in a mindful way. Its diversity, strength and beauty fascinated me from an early age.

An interest in medicine and the wonder of our human body, as well as the opportunity to work with people, led me to train as a medical office assistant. The conventional medical view of people was not enough for me. In naturopathy I find the possibility to keep a more holistic view of people.

After completing my training as a medical office assistant, I took up part-time studies in naturopathy, graduating after four years as a naturopathic TEN. Since then, through ongoing training, I have earned and maintained a health insurance credential.

Since childhood, I have enjoyed my love of movement through dancing. I helped start and build a dance school, taught Latin American dances, and danced for a while with my partner in competitions and on show stages.

Since the birth of my daughter in 2012, we have been mastering daily challenges in green surroundings at the moated castle in Switzerland.

Observing and exploring the constant change and related relationships in our existence is my passion.
